I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the "Magnificent Mile" and other attractions in the city. The staff was outstanding, particularly Veronica who helped us before the wedding.

The view from my room was stunning, with a perfect overlook of the lake and the beautiful Chicago skyline. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, it was spotless and well-maintained. The staff at this hotel were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit popular attractions like Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The view from my room was breathtaking, with stunning sights of Lake Michigan, the Navy Pier night lights show, and the Chicago River. The bed in my suite was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions in this city, including Millennium Park and shopping areas. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent customer service, guaranteeing an all-around positive experience.
There was nothing I didn't like.
